It is also worrisome that the American people allow them to get away with this. Not enough people understand or care that the Constitution is the supreme law of the United States and can not be applied or ignored on a case by case basis.

You have some great questions. It's a damn shame they let them be removed. It would make this site a lot more interesting.
I agree with you, and have made many such comments to this site. Note that the closest the liberal fringe kook censors get to sex is marking my questions inappropriate ... and moderating down participants who agree with me.
