Only if the practice involves committing crimes of if the candidate opens the subject. It's a great place for "don't ask, don't tell."

Well put.

Religion should be up to question for everyone in the entire world. Contrary to what the OIC think, and the UN is near voting for. It is especially important that anyone up for a leadership position be questioned about their faith. The US saw what faith can do first hand on 9/11, why would we not want to inquire into the faith of someone who would want to lead and represent us.

Indeed their religion(s) should be open to question. Would you want a President who believed in Leprechauns, Pixies, perhaps even the Easter Bunny? For a President to base national policy on fantasy creatures is totally absurd.
