It's NOT a Law but delegated authority in the Constitution !!!!

Most of Americans are immigrants!!! The question is...Will there ever be a Native American president in our lifetimes?

No! every country (even USA) has the right to elect their own borninsidethecountry president!

No. Unless someone is born and raised here I do not believe they fully comprehend the culture here in the U.S.A. I don't believe they understand the foundational principals. Including Arnold.

Um, an "emigrant" has left the country an "immigrant" is a foreigner who has come to live in the country. So, no, I wouldn't want an emigrant to be president, because they have by definition left the U.S.

I would say even as a Canadian that I disagree ... a person of another country can not fully understand the issues of a country they weren't born in. Canada has the same law and I hope it stays that way.
