People are contagious for two to three days before they have symptoms. There is no way to stop the spread at the border.

Of course, that won't stop some politician from demanding border checks B^)

More people die of ordinary flu and other diseases.

Securing the borders to stop the flow of drugs hasn't worked so what would make them think they could stop something they can't even see?

They'll do what they want with their border. Should we close our border?
