Feed him to hungry lions or tigers, lets see how he likes something bigger and stronger attacking him.
Most mental patients here who take medication and live at home, have a Government appointed person visit them to WATCH them take their tablets. If they need injections they must visit a special clinic.
If they don't comply their are hospitalised.
