Possibly, but it doesn't make any difference what label you put on it. There are animals everywhere in nature who have sexual connections with those of the same gender. The point remains that it is perfectly natural to engage in homosexual (or bisexual) behaviour.
It is not some sort of disease you "catch". You either are or you aren't. Hordes of straight people are not about to go "gay" because a few gays get married.
I'm always curious as to why people are worried about OTHER peoples sex lives. Think about that for a minute.
I don't think it's that they worry about other peoples sex lives. I think it is just what republicans in this country do. They try and force their beliefs on others and if you don't agree, then you are wrong. I look at most republicans as bullies and mean people. They aren't as religious as they think they are either.
Oh, I think they do worry about it. Not the majority of sane Republicans, but the crazy extreme ones. They worry about it because they recognize something in themselves they want to hide, so they scream against it and sway the rest to their side because surely, surely someone who is a good, decent person who shares many of their beliefs wouldn't be screaming about this if their wasn't something inherently WRONG with it.
I have personally watched borderline sociopaths go on screaming, backbiting missions to ostracize someone, and then deny that word one ever passed their lips. Those same people had some of the same shoddy business practices that they were accusing others of having (and usually, the victims of their tirades were completely innocent). But these folks know how to make themselves liked, and no one ever thinks to question them until it is too late.

I really don't understand why homosexuality is even a problem for some people, special not in these days and age where it's easy for everyone to educate themselves. Instead the always stubborn 'I-don't-want-to-now' are clinging on to old, stupid myths as if it is a sinking boat.
Everyone insists on the same rights for themselves as for everyone else. Correct? See, then the only correct answer can only be YES ! to gay marriages. Period!
In North-European countries no one cares about other's sexuality. Some members of royal families are homosexual. So what? If I remember well a / the Norwegian King married his male partner. So what?
