If it's a baby, Yes. If it's a benign growth, no.
I think either parent should be able to veto a baby. Preferably before pregnancy, but during if necessary.
How exactly do you veto a baby before pregnancy these days?
I abstain from transferring semen, but there are other methods that work, also.
