Sarah Palin as VP choice. McCain says that he always puts country first. In this important case, that is simply not true. Ask a Question

Not so fast, big guy!

This Andy Martin guy would say anything that counters Obama. Even propping up Palin. He's a bozo.

Hee-hee! Takes one to know one!

(I couldn't resist saying that!) LOL!

You're not worth it.

Oh... an article from the "leader of the national anti-Obama movement" that thinks Sarah Palin is great. Geez... who could have seen that coming? Thank you, thank you, Jonapril for pointing us to this genuinely "fair & balanced" source who didn't even watch the whole interview. How could we who actually did watch it have been so blind!?

In your opinion perhaps. It's totally one-sided, but then so are you.

Really? Unlike you who has an open mind on all question and comments here. LMAO!

You would never know.

Oh, I think Jonmarc and I pretty much have you pegged Hauli.

I bet you think. It's nice to see you have a new friend, Mike. What does that make? One now?

That's why I say I, like every American I'm speaking with, were ill about this position that we have been put in where it is the taxpayers looking to bail out. But ultimately, what the bailout does is help those who are concerned about the health-care reform that is needed to help shore up our economy, helping the—it's got to be all about job creation, too, shoring up our economy and putting it back on the right track. So health-care reform and reducing taxes and reining in spending has got to accompany tax reductions and tax relief for Americans. And trade, we've got to see trade as opportunity, not as a competitive, scary thing. But one in five jobs being created in the trade sector today, we've got to look at that as more opportunity. All those things under the umbrella of job creation. This bailout is a part of that.

No way she is going into a debate against Biden. Just no way.

How do you think they can avoid it?

I seriously think they're trying REALLY hard to think of a good way out of it. REALLY hard. Or maybe a good way around it, like bribing to get a list of questions in advance. Probably why they're not letting her do any public appearances right now. The coaching and training is going on right now. But I don't think she'll be able to pull it off.

I thank my lucky stars, as a female, that Hillary has really BEEN there first. I'd be horrified if this were going to be the FIRST woman to ever appear before the people as a serious candidate. She's going to fall flat unless they're able to know EXACTLY what she's going to be asked, and given the answers to read from a teleprompter.

Dream on Silly, dream on. She will destroy Biden, if he doesn't do the job on himself.

We shall see. Just make sure you watch the same debate the rest of the country does. IF it takes place at all. (lol)

You've got to be fucking kidding me.

She will destroy Biden? Now I know you're an idiot. Talk about blind faith in a party.

Apparently you have never heard the woman speak other than saying something that was written for her to say.

Oh yes I have, but I note that every time old Joe Biden strays from his written script, he steps in shit.

The hurricane is over Mike, you can come back from Oz now.

??

Aha. So "destroy" is in fact interweb slang for "hand the election to"? Then I agree.

Umm... I know it's popular to throw her under the bus these days... but you DO remember Geraldine Ferraro, right? Serious candidate for Vice President Ferraro. Remember her? ;o)

I wouldn't consider Ferraro a serious candidate. Hell, I didn't consider Mondale a serious candidate.

You need to swap your smilie around a bit, it's giving you away.

I remember Ferraro well. Never participated in a nationally televised debate on issues related to the presidency. That's why I didn't count her.

I think she will debate. And if her performance is really horrible (which it has not been in past debates, btw) then I suspect she might suddenly discover that raising a Downes Syndrome child is much more of a challenge than she thought, and she will bow out to spend more time with her family. Mitt Romney (the man who "knows economics") will heroically step in to save the (thanks to Palin) re-energized GOP.

I took a look at past debates. 15 second response time as opposed to minute-and-a-half. And there will be foreign policy and economic questions that are not her strong suit. We shall see.

Wanna bet?

And what EXACTLY do you have to bet, Mike? Cow pies?

Why do you ask? Is this part of your diet?

OK, I'll try this...and what EXACTLY do you have to bet, Mike?

You still owe me $2.50. Spot me the cash you owe me, and I'll give you 4 to 1. Nope. 5 to 1.

Come to think of it - I'm not a betting woman, but this is like finding money on the ground. 10 - 1, Mike. I'll give you 10 - 1.

Nah, you wouldn't pay me, you'd impose a tax on someone to collect it.

Naw - not my style. My taxes will go down under Obama, remain the same under McCain.

I'd just have to sell an extra sex toy.

Put your money where your mouth is, Henderson. (lol)

Or the sex toy...

Yep, Tina Fey has her down to a tee!

"Katie Couric: Sen. McCain shut down his campaign this week, in order to deal with the economic crisis. What's your opinion of this potential $700 billion bailout?"

Gov. Sarah Palin: Like every American I'm speaking with, we are ill about this! We're saying, "Hey! Why bail out Fannie and Freddie, and not me?" But ultimately, what the bailout does is help those that are concerned about the health care reform that is needed to help shore up our economy. To help, um -- it's gotta be about job creation, too. Also, about shoring up our economy, and putting Fannie and Freddie back on the right track. And, so, health care reform and reducing taxes and reining in spending, 'cause, Barack Obama, you know? You know, we've got to accompany tax reduction, and tax relief for Americans. Also, having a dollar value meal at restaurants -- that's gonna help. But, one in five jobs being created today, under the umbrella of job creation. That, you know, also."

I have a new question up on the economic crisis - be sure to watch the video, most of you will not like it though... LOL!

That's because it's one sided propaganda.

Of course all the sources you libs select are totally objective.
