Are you asking this because of the many other "who is racists" questions? I think that this one is funny but the other ones are just fueling people to be mean to each other and play the blame game.
If you are racist towards racists, you are racist. They say things that "racists" would say just to make it alright to say it. Does anyone know what I am talking about. Here is an example:
"look at that girl, she is so racist. She is probably looking at you thinking I bet he wants to rape me"

I must admit, that this is a stereotype that may be quite accurate. :-)
Well, actually, you often find some people describing them as simply misunderstood, provoked, or disturbed. Any excuse will do.
That would be the question of "why" they are racist... not whether or not they are racist. ;o)
