they didn't do squat for the V N vets, why should that change.

Because they were wrong.

exactly, but will they!

I don't believe that number. It may be a way to discredit their service.

It may be each one of them, they have been to hell!!

I would expect that all vets have some problems.

The nightmares must be unbearable.

indeed!

I have worked for a company that helps people with Orthotic & Prosthetic (O&P) problems and they do good. Must be because there are a few that stay in their niche to help others...must be rewarding to help with these situations (regardless of the profit).

I can't answer this one. I think they are fully prepared to handle it, and have PR campaigns all lined up to deny that our vets need help. I don't think the vets will get what they need.

agree.

I do believe our government is prepared, but think the problem is streamlining the process so that the needed care gets to the right person.

Sadly, this current government has not been "prepared" for anything! Now, with all of the treasure we've squandered away, the next administration - and the one after that - will likely not be able to pay for the care of these Vets. But, like Cheney says, "They volunteered." So, I guess that means folks like him think whatever is their situation, tough. Very sad.
