How would that be different from what we have now? One click can show you any comment you want (non-deleted, of course), no matter how many negative points it has.
it would eliminate clicking on:

show comment
show comment
...
so much divisiveness here, it seems more appropriate.
i mean doesn't everyone want to see the moderated down comments? there's room for all opinions, just let them remain visible. i think a like / dislike scale next to them would be more appropriate. imho.

It's NOI censorship. You are not prevented from commenting, and no one is prevented from seeing your comments.
i just have to click tho; & see the response, no matter how misguided it may be.
That might be a compulsive behavior. Should we have to accommodate it? ;)
compulsive or not, what's wrong with leaving all comments visible?
Because some of the comments are not work or kid safe. And some of them are lewd, crude and socially inept. ;o)

You can make that decision, too. Anybody can click on the up or down arrows. This means that the community makes the decision.

But some of the comments are moderated down because they are not work or kid safe. ;o)
Almost all are clicked down for liberal/conservative outlook.

Good for you. You and I are both victims of this though. We both have pretty strong opinions and are not afraid to say so.
