Not to mention the ex-union president busting unions when in office. Oh, and closing mental hospitals while governor on the promise of (never found) federal money replacing state money. Which he never did anything about when elected President. It's what started the homeless problem in California--sick people turned out with a by-your-leave, to live or die (usually die) untreated and cold.
