Certainly that is true of the progressives.

Only by the left, but their complaints aren't getting much press.

Most on the right would rather he just left the whole thing completely alone.

The left never gets much press, except negative. Obama and the Dems are centrists, overwhelmingly. And the right just CALLS them the left.

Pardon my language, but BULLSHIT.

Really? When was the last time you saw a positive article on Marzxsm, unionism, socialism, anarcho-syndicalism, communism, or any of the other left philosophies?

The Lib press is smart enough to know that they can't write such articles and get any love from mainstream America. On the reverse, if a racist doesn't wear his KKK outfit, that doesn't mean he isn't a racist.

The fact that they want the government running something they don't have any real business running is sign enough that they are "left", and the polls that show that most Americans don't want the government running it shows that those who do are left of center.

Everyone thinks that their little circle of friends are what is normal and centrist. It simply isn't the case (for both sides).

So why didn't you weigh in on the VA question? If the government has no business running health care, it should be closed.

1. Sometimes the system does seem to want to let me respond. I want to, but it won't let me submit anything more to that question. I don't get it.

2. The VA is a special case. The government, through the military, effectively caused a lot of the problems found in the VA waiting room. It's their mess, and they should clean it up.

But that's as far as they should go.

Dauguy has that right...I mean correct. There is nothing very leftist about him, and most of the Dems.

I am dumbfounded by your statements. I sincerely hope that you will be able to find a good therapist.

What an intelligent arguing style. It is called an ad hominem attack, and is used only by those who cannot support their position with facts. Tanks for letting us know about you.

You're the one "dumbfounded" by something as simple as political views - and you're suggesting others need therapy?

Yes, you're right, BlackOrchid is being criticized.

Obama is being criticized by different groups *both* for "changing the system" *and* for "not changing it enough" toward more government spending and control. So, I disagreed with the "not/but" wording.
