I think we can safely infer from the question that ybfree believes that s/he's intelligent and knowledgeable (i.e., NOT stupid and NOT ignorant).
I leave to others to judge whether ybfree is insincere and unscrupulous (i.e., NOT sincere and NOT conscientious).
In any event, I suggest to ybfree that it is more dangerous to be insincerely knowledgeable and unscrupulously intelligent than it is to be sincerely ignorant and conscientiously stupid.
That is to say that I would prefer to deal with someone who is sincere and conscientious (even though ignorant and stupid) than deal with someone who is insincere and unscrupulous (no matter how intelligent and well educated s/he is).
Possibly an uninformed populace.
