Depends on why they are not drinking. If it is because they are leaning on God for their sobriety, 60-plus percent will drink again. If they have successfully completed a real addiction treatment, and maintained for five years, odds are good they will stay sober.
Because there are a couple of trolls who lurk out there modding down anyone with whose political opinions they have taken exception in the past. Ignore them, they are less annoying than flies.
Just out of curiosity, who are you trying to attack here. I am sure there is some Republican you are alluding to here.
