It really doesn't matter what they are eating in Africa. McDonald's food is still little better than pre-packaged poison directly marketed to children. CHILDREN, not adults.Moms don't choose that crap, their children nag them into it. Which is why the advertising industry hires all scientists specializing in child development to advise them.
In moderation you can eat these things. Man talk about boo hoo up there they are really racking on McDonald's. I am afraid the whole American diet needs an overhaul! The point is you can choose what you eat.

Getting slowly better.
Ever seen Supersize Me? It shows just how bad McDonald's is.
bad-tasting, health-destroying 'food' produced using inhuman and inhumane methods.
Have you seen what people are eating in Africa?

I never eat in a McD these days. But to call their food 'poison' is ridiculous.
Anything that destroys liver function like a diet of Mickey D's can safely be called poison. Check out "Supersize Me."
A 30-day diet of McDonald's sent liver function indicators into a tailspin, a completely unpredicted result of their food.
Same with about 90% of the American diet.
No argument. About 90% of the American diet can be called poison.

Agreed!

What do you eat then that is so much better, Burger King?
It is affordable food to those who need it and you are picking on one of the only companies that actually made a profit in 2008.
Interestingly enough coming or going you can't win. It is up to you to eat it or not.
Hey, you could order water and salad(no dressing) there now days.
I must admit I do not like the super-size menu at all as far as I am concerned they could remove that completely. A super-sized drink is ridiculous.
Part of it is the trap of deregulation, and the other trap if you do regulate from a government level.
