I doubt that he has picked some one inexperienced.

lol, that would have made quite a difference indeed.

I am surprised he did not pick MR but a creationist instead.

Waugs, I happen to believe it was a very astute choice. She will relate heavily to all the female voters and the conservative block. Also, she doesn't have a lot of baggage which Obama/Biden can attack. I feel strongly that had it been offered to Romney he would have gladly accepted. I don't know about Pawlenty. I lived in Minnesota 9 years and my feel is that had he been the choice, since MN is a heavily Demo state, he couldn't have even carried Minnesota for McCain. Besides, he likes his job as governor. Romney, on the other hand has nothing to do right now but wait until Ted Kennedy dies and run for the Senate. He almost beat Ted Kennedy a few years ago, if you recall. If you've seen any of Romney's interviews he said he would be delighted to serve as McCains VP. But it was not offered to Romney. In my opinion, Romney nor the others were spooked off by the 84,000 in the stands in Denver. Just the opposite, Romney would have looked at it as a challenge and if they didn't win, he would have given it his best and lined himself up for 2012. Wizard

1. Please provide evidence that she as "better" credentials than Obama.

2. Please provide evidence that Obama does not write his own speeches.

Is LOLOL the graphic representation of your foot going into your mouth?

She may not have baggage, but her inexperience sort of puts an end to McCain's clamoring that Obama doesn't have enough experience, now doesn't it?

Yes======This is the clincher!

Not for McSame, this makes Obama a shoooo-in..

1. He won't be looking for a job, because he is a United States senator.

2. Want to place a wager on that?

I didn't ask for a partisan ad-hominem attack on Senator Obama, I asked if you want to place a wager on your statement that he will be out looking for a job on November 5th. ;o)

This is a Yahoo headline I thought appropriate--"McCain taps Alaska governor". Look out Cindy!

Do you have actual evidence that he called her a cunt in front of reporters? Or just here-say?

Precisely... I'm not a big McCain supporter, but I see no need to repeat baseless anecdotes.

Bzzzt. The least populous state is Wyoming, followed by North Dakota and then Vermont. Alaska is the 47th most populous state. OTOH, it is the biggest state in area. ;o)

I care about the welfare of children.

To change the future you need to vote and sometimes change your vote.

I don't have to care about who gets elected, you need to take care, it's your homes, jobs, health and welfare that is at stake.

The crude baseness of a few of the comments aren't up to the standard of this blog. I think we need some vocabulary upgrades around here. But they say the thought precedes the written word... Wizard

It's not a blog, and it clearly states in the Terms of Use that it is not moderated or monitored by staff. Actually all things considered, the standards you deplore so much are pretty high for an unmoderated site. This is truly trivial, even more so than names or ethics.

Kim Kommando? You listen to Kim Kommando? Well, there goes YOUR geek cred out the window, april.

I can see why Waugs thinks you are Guambat Jr. You have no arguments other than the ones you cull from him.
