It's a Friday night? Well, no earlier than 2 a.m. since they probably don't have to go to work the next day, but most likely never because I was young once myself and they shouldn't have their fun spoiled just because of an old bitty like me. Earplugs are cheap. Next next I go out I'll buy me a pair so the kids can party all night long if they like.
2 AM is too late ... expecially if you work weekends or you have children of your own. I would ask them to tone their party down at 10 PM and IF their cooperation wasn't forthcoming by midnight, then they can deal with the police. YOUNG AGE has absolutely nothing to do with it ... it's common neighborly courtesy.
Most likely never, if it was a Friday. It honestly wouldn't bother me until about 6-7 am, by shich time most parties are dead anyway. 2am is way too early (If it was a weeknight, still probably not, but if I did it would be around 3-4am)
