IT's not a matter of rules. This site appears as a widget on other websites around the world. If people on other sites can't participate (which they cannot, as comments aren't available on the widget) then the other sites drops the ask500 widget.
So it limits the exposure, and ultimately, the funding, for the ask500 site.
Good point. Why someone marked you down for telling the truth was inexplicable.
The fact so many polls ask folks to leave the answers in the comments makes me think that many be the number one reason so many sites have taken the Ask500 widget away.
Marking a poll inappropriate is not a good enough way to keep this kind of questions from going global. Only someone with an IQ over 125 is likely to even notice the problem. For a question like this one there should be yet another option -- there should be a "alert Ask500 staff" choice. Then they can remove the poll before it goes global.
Tblisi, Georgia. Have friends there, all I have read about the country and its culture is stunning. But so far several things have kept me from going. The political instability, language barrier, money, to name a few. However the place keeps intriguing me.
In no particular order: South Africa, China, Japan, Canada, Russia, Austraila, New Zealand, Brazil, Latvia, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, Iceland, Greece, and Germany.
Places I'd love to return to: Norway, Romania, Egypt, Cyprus, The Netherlands, Spain, France, Italy, Hungary, Turkey, and Scotland.
Just returned from England, that was not bad, especially Devon is georgeous I have to say. But I was lucky with the weather and less impressed by London I have to say.
I would love to travel all around our beautiful and undiscovered country. I think Australians spend a lot of money every year (myself included) traveling overseas when we have so much in our own backyard. What do the other Aussies reckon?
First choice Australia (in the outback) Second choice Scotland (in the highlands).

Sorry, this question would not be accessible (It *requires* participation in the comments) if it makes it to world vote as a widget on other sites.
Marked inappropriate.

So, as I said, it is not a matter of rules. It is the community looking out for the welfare and benefit of the community.

It is if members faithfully do so, It only requires 5 'in appropriates' to remove the question.
Just like in the real world, if people do not tolerate harmful behavior whenever they see it, the harmful behavior becomes rare.

London is the place where all the rats are.
Australia combined with New Zealand would be my dream trip.
I would also love to show my wife some of the countries that I visited while in the Navy: Spain, Italy, France and Greece.
I also wouldn't mind seeing Ireland, Scotland, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Japan.
Sim. Portugal - Lisboa
I'd like to see Western China. I've seen some of Eastern China and could stand to see some more. It was fascinating.
Touring 6 weeks Australia and New Zealand with an RV.
