No there is not. One reason is the fact the number of women and men is not equal, as a result there would be some people left out. Also, some people who are considered retarded(IQ of 50-80), or with chronic disease or who are extremely ugly or extremely short or overweight will find a very hard time finding that special one.
Have you noticed that, for one reason or another, some people do get "left out"? And having that "One" be out there and finding him/her is two different issues. Your logic is full of holes.
