Sometimes. Lying, Murder and War are natural human traits. There has not been a generation that hasn't had these things, but it's also natural to help your fellow man and your specis as a whole, so I can't agree either.
I have to believe that good outweighs evil or what would be the point of going on. Some people are evil for whatever reason, but more people are good. I have noticed that more and more people are selfish. Always think that they are number one. I will say I rarely put myself first. Not looking for praise but that is a fact and I know others like this too.
No. most people are good, and research supports this. We are hard-wired to be kind, cooperative, helpful, and compassionate. Only broken people aren't those things.
Now, I do think that we have designed a society to minimize the expression of those traits, and that the goal is to marginalize them completely. Or, put another way, we have created a society designed to reward broken people. But I don't think it will succeed for long because any society that treats its members so collapses, and pretty quickly at that.

Undecided.

Disagree. The majority of "evil" things people do are done out of instinct. Instincts are inborn so cannot be called evil even when perceived as evil.
