There is nothing wrong when the viewer sees a little bit genuine emotion from the reporter in such a case. To feel emotion is human, a professional reporter is able to hide it to such an extent that it is not interfering with the job.

She is married to a republican advisor and has two young kids with him, but because she is on CNN and not the hate network her husband appears on, she is considered evil. By the way CNN is considered to be a left wing news station over there.

Possibly so. I was more irritated by dauguy's comments than yours and lumped yours in together with hers.

I think that bias Should be shown. That way I can access where the reporter's biases are. Having to guess is counterproductive and often wrong. Having said that though, he has good reasons to come down on the opposite side. I don't think he ought to be dismissed out of hand.
