well even though it's illegal for a 22 yr old to date a minor, I think it should be ok if you're really in love so I can't anwer that :)
Not true, It is illegal for a 22 year old to have sex with a minor. It is NOT illegal to go to a movie together.
With parental permission they could get married in some states. Sex would be legal then, right?
Yes, but then they would not be dating, they would be married. It is hangover from when marriage essentially gave the husband the pink slip on his wife.
Six or seven years difference in age is not a big deal when you get older, but at 16 it is a big deal. I have no doubt that you think you are in love, but it is really hard to know for sure at that age. I married a girl six years younger then me, she was 17 and I was 23 and of course it did not work out,,, so be careful. ,
Only if you are mature enough not to write 'your' when you mean 'you are' or 'you're'. If you can do that you may even date a 23 year old.
