find out if you're absorbing that, mix in 1/2 cup of water then 1/2 cup put ur pill in it, time it for 20 minutes, what ever disolves that what's ur body gets.
i don't know what point you are trying to prove but let me tell you this, take one and take note the next time you pee, that, my soft hair, my even skin tone, and the back of the package is proof enough for me.... You know the white portion on the bottom of you arm?, yeah, that's become even with the top part of my arm, and i don't think it is coincidental that that just happened when i started taking the pill.
I'm just trying to say that not all Vitamins are created equal. That's good that you it's working for you. I'm a Nutritionist and I strongly agree that we need to take supplements to have adequate nutrition, we can't rely on food alone. But it does not mean that you can go to the dollar store and purchase the cheapest bottle there and expect same results.
yes it does ring a bell lol. although some of my clients has absorbing problems, specially those who had digestive tract infections etc due the level of ph balance and tonicity. i.e old peeps.
Wisconsin falls in to that same category but I don't rely on Dairy products which all of are pasteurized or cured with steroids if you review your RDA's you be amaze on how you're missing out.
Exactly, I voted "No", as I understood "sensible" to mean a diet which already contains everything you need. But I think it is hard to make sure to eat so varied that you get each and everything in adequate amounts. Personal circumstances like an illness, age, gender or the amount of sunshine further influence your needs. I guess it is sensible to add some broad multi vitamin to your food, even when you eat quite a balanced diet.
Yeah, for example vegetarians get much more folic acid than necessary, so that is the biggest reason why they put such miniscule amounts of folic acid into most vitamin supplements. They don't want to endanger vegetarians with too much folic acid in their systems if they put an amount in people's food equal to what they'd get if they were vegetarians.
Leafy veggies are high on folic acids but once again not enough RDA you would have to eat large quantity of it. Folic falls into b-complex category (b9), so I always recommend for a vegitarians to take b-complex coz most of b vitamins (specially b-12) are found in meats. Folics can also be found in grains and cereals so I don't think vegitarians are really missing out of those.
I'm friendly really, I opened a bottle or corona with my teeth once.

vitamins are only necessary if you don't get your daily requirements from food. If how ever you do, then vitamins are no longer necessary
You must be eating 8x a day, and let me guess all organic right? Co'z that the only way you can get all the RDA nutrients/minerals that you need.
actually my diet is the unhealthiest diet I know. I do however know how to eat healthy but I don't bother.
More power to ya.
Not by American standards... it is encouraged for all.
It's hard to get adequate Vitamin D here for about 1/3rd the year, but I get everything else from diet.

It depends on whose idea of "sensible" you're going by.
