If modern is constituted as my lifetime (51 years), he is by far the worse one. It's not even close. What's truly amazing is that so many people voted for him TWICE.
it's not that surprising. most americans are so ignorant they believe that there is an invisible sky wizard who watches over them and judges them. so obviously they would elect someone who believes he has the mandate of heaven.
But don't forget ... the MAJORITY of Americans saw through him BOTH times. We elected Gore in 2000, and they had to CHEAT to get him in office in 2004.
