Perhaps once the site gets out of 'beta' and there are tons of regulars here, they'll raise the answers to 500. Right now it would probably take too long to get to 500.
Currently a misnomer, especially on my side of the world. But I think it's a cool (addictive) site and will gather momentum. I do like the name though :-)

I like the name ask500 than ask100. It looks and sounds better. One day I see this site getting quite busy.
As long as the maximum people being polled remains at the 100 person level, the name IS a misnomer.
If you ever get to the point that you have a 500 person poll, the the Ask500People name will be right on.
