If it's pronounced Arky I reckon it would be a little better than if it's pronounced Arsey. :)
But since not everyone who sees her name is going to know how to pronounce it, I can imagine kids making a lot of jokes about that name. In Britain I believe an ass used to be called an arse.

It still is. "Arsey" is used to describe a particularly difficult person.
