This question seems to me to be too vague to answer in its current form, but potentially quite interesting.
For example, as far as I know, America is not planning to invade Poland and exterminate millions of Jews.
On the other hand America is building tanks, military aircraft and warships.
I agree - too vague.
I haven't heard about any extremist plots to assassinate any Austrians named Archduke F. Ferdinand.
