I have just read an article about this Christian church where the people stay in their cars. It is on a former drive-in-cinema ground. The people asked said they like it, because they can come dressed informal, bring their dogs and is comfortable for sick people as well. Even though it was not mentioned the church will save much money at the same time which is a "good thing" for them to spend otherwise. :)

Drive by religion?
A new church. whether in Florida or elsewhere, is never a good idea. On the other hand old churches are valuable cultural monuments.
