Apparently (according to Iran) Britain and the US were behind it.

Suicide bombers who kill lots of bystanders as an intrument of justice - poetic or otherwise - NO certainly not.

That may well be true, as long as your value scale has a negative end as well as a positive one.

There are certainly quite a few sick scumbags in the world who do not have a positive value.

And if you are still not convinced, imagine yourself trying to convince the parents of an abused and murdered child how the "person" responsible has value!
