I vote comments down that attack the person, or blatant lies, to show my displeasure. I have voted quite a few arguments up in the past that I disagreed with, but it was an honest argument.

It isn't as if your always talking about the same thing, but you do have a good point.
That would be nifty if disagreement were the only reason for a down arrow. Unfortunately, there are stalkers here that do nothing but down-arrow PEOPLE, not comments. I would prefer not to hear from them--ever.
