Yes! Also, you need to send them abroad so they can infect people in neighbouring countries, and hopefuly get a job is a farm from which we import meat.
There would have to be different laws to allow treatment of contagious diseases. Now if they were having a heart attack.. well, we should treat that too because it's life or death. It's a complicated issue.. where to draw the line on care for illegal aliens.
Then I take that you assume that there will be enough vaccine that there might be some sitting on a shelf that could be used, but it would be withheld on account of a lack of citizenship?
If recent history is any indication, there won't be enough available for all those that want it, and in that case giving to citizens first does seem like a reasonable way to decide the matter.
Would you want law abiding, tax paying citizens to be the ones not vaccinated? This virus certainly doesn't seem to care about the socio-political-economic status of those it infects.
There are certainly treatments available. And he's not asking if the treatments are effective, he's asking if illegal aliens should receive "treatment" (effective or otherwise) or be allowed to spread the disease more readily than others.
Maybe if you stopped patronizing establishments that employ them or buying products from such establishments? Maybe if you stopped eating fruits and vegetables?
Even then... please tell me your plan to "round up" 12,000,000 people and send them home. I'm dying to hear how you think this is economically feasible.

Whatever helps send them home. There is nothing I consider heartless enough to not be used for that end.
