Healthcare.
Maintain the security and integrity of our borders! among other things! I would remove all money from special interests, including the school systems that banish God, the Bible and prayer, but open prayer rooms for muslims.......don't get me started! ;)
First of all I would arrest all who have criminally violated the Constitution in the prior administration. Start with some good ol' law and order. Good thing they have been building all those prisons lately!
The President proposes, the Congress disposes. I would get that darn Congress to start passing legislation that benefits the country and it's citizens more. There is too much reactionary, special interest concern in the Congress. Many issues are State's rights. Both parties have lost the chance to help the USA, rather than argue "their side" of an issue.

Maybe other countries don't publicize the deployment numbers to the extent that we do.
