I chose the axe, because it is pretty, but I'd really rather have the longbow.
bad choises - everyone choose sword.
i would like to use halberd instead of spear.
club only with shield.
light double swords.
small axe only as a second weapon.
The sword is probably a "sexier" weapon. But a pike is hard to beat in a formation trained to use it.
A "sexier" weapon?! Do you want a leather suit with that?
Ha...probably some mail or plate armor would be my first choice.
by sexier I mean that it is more of a fairy tail weapon.....it has been romanticized more than the others. What heros carried a mace or a war axe? They are almost always portrayed with a sword.
You see a lot of villains with a war axe...just about any time you see vikings portrayed...but they were definitely not the only ones to use one.
