Grade B when I can find it. It actually has more flavor than the Grade A.

If they don't sneakily add water to it perhaps there is. Or if they don't boil it down according to some kind of recognized standard that could be a factor too I guess.

My sister has a couple of sugar maples in her yard, and makes enough to keep us supplied all year on her kitchen stove.

Having had store bought maple syrup and homemade maple syrup, I bet there is no comparison -- is there?

Canadian Maple Syrup is the Best !!!!

It's about $9 here and it is worth every dollar.
