Grade B when I can find it. It actually has more flavor than the Grade A.

Canadian Maple Syrup is the Best !!!!
It's about $9 here and it is worth every dollar.
Interesting how something North American finds it's way to Australia. Do you have very many North American (Canada/Mexico/USA) products in your supermarkets?
