Time, for you, would run slower relative to someone further away. As you looked out into the universe things would seem to happen very quickly. As someone further away looked in towards you, it would look to them as if you where moving very slowly. Your own personal perception of time in your immediate vicinity would be relatively (no pun intended) unaffected.

If you are a loner it would be nice as you certainly wouldnt get a lot of visitors.
