If I had only a limited amount of time I would certainly like to know it in advance so that I can adapt my "time management" to do as much possible things in my life by that deadline.
If I knew that I would die because of going to a place, I would certainly avoid that place :P

No. That would be equivalent to sitting on death row. And once you found out you'd probably treat yourself to one last great meal just to end it all on a positive note. Not for me, no way!
Yes I would. I think this is where I differ from the majority, but I would like to know not only to do the things I want in life, but to expect when to say goodbye to those I love most in life. I do not fear death, I welcome it. I wouldn't even try to avoid the event.
Then you could stand up bravely to the death penalty God forbid you ever did anything to warrant it in a jurisdiction where this anachronism had not yet been abolished? Isn't that what advance knowledge of one's death would be like?
If you know when you are going to die you will spend a lot of time praparing or fearing it. Not knowing however will allow you to live your life and plan for the future even if you may not have one it gives you the most important thing...hope

Yes. If events where changeable, I'd work to change them. If not I would at least know and be able to plan to make the most of it.
