The $100, so I could steal it. At least I'm honest.
I'd much rather be able to give someone a hundred dollars they lost.
The real question of character is this... would you rather find $100 that you knew would never be claimed, or find $100 you could return to it's rightful owner in 15 seconds.
I would rather return $100 to it's rightful owner in 15 seconds because the sense of accomplishment would be so much greater.
Say whichever one you picked. the others never would have existed. Then what?

I have found many coins.
When I walk along I look toward the ground further on and I wouldn't even notice it a friend walked past.
Keep your eyes to the ground, people are very careless.
In the USA the best place to find a few dollars (at a time) was in pay phone or vending machine coin returns. When I was a kid it was my favorite way to make a few bucks. Nowadays it is hard to find a pay phone anymore.
Arcades/Game places are a great place to rack in money
