A brew and a few chocolate Hobnobs makes everything seem better.

Hobnobs?

The chocolate Hobnob is possibly one of the greatest commercially available biscuits. It's oaty and crunchy and perfect for dunking because it's biscuit matrix is strong. Add chocolate to that mix and...well...it's crunchy, soggy heaven.

Decided to explain the apparent contradiction of crunchy sogginess. The actual biscuit becomes soggy, but the oats retain their crunch. It's those that hold the biscuit together even under extreme dunking.

LOL, my chums and I feel strongly about the essential dunkability of biscuits, I think the matrix came about during one of our more heated debates.

Oh I've never had an oatmeal cookie but yeah I bet they are the same thing.

Would like to see your kitchen, Spange!

Everyone will need to by newspapers again.
