That's long been one of my silly childhood ambitions I refuse to entirely relinquish. I'd leap at the chance.
They say that there is more land under water then over. If they really perfected the technology it would open up a new frontier. If you're the first to build in international waters you could declare yourself a waternation and set up your own tax shelter.
Change "good" safety record to "perfect, earthquake proof" safety record and I'll change my vote to blue. :-)
