Since I have no health insurance and would have to pay for it myself, out of those four, I would choose China. If money was no object, it would depend on the affliction and I would do some research first.
I am legally allowed to travel to Cuba, therefore that would be my first choice if the cost where more then say three thousand dollars.
Hating the inequities in the system is NOT equivalent to hating the quality of health care in the USA. The question is quality at what cost? And the bigger question is why do we pay more per capita than any other country but are only #37 in the world in overall health care quality?

I would think it depended on the condition and who had the best treatments available for it.
