Idiot republicans complain when they say the U.S. stimulus plan doesn't work, and they whine when "cash for clunkers" does?

The "cash for clunkers" program is merely a bail-out for automakers that over-extended themselves by making a lot of cars that nobody wanted and mantaining a large work force of over-paid employees. While the program has gotten a number of cars off the road, that should have been removed a long time ago, the over-all stimulus package will not work for the majority of Americans expecting help from the government. It's not the "cash for clunkers" that is at issue here.
