I like to bash Canada. Does that piss you off?

Not even a little bit, I always consider the source. And you.

Everyone's welcome to express their opinion, but bashing Bush or anyone else isn't what the site's about.

Polls should be as even-handed as possible, and give everyone on either side of an issue an option they won't resent choosing.

I admit this is a little tongue in cheek, but only a little, most of this community is from the USA and I find them less than willing to examine the point of view of the rest of the world. I'm just looking for some honest debate, so far most of what I get is name calling and denial that there is another point of view.

That seems for some to be impossible. :0

looking at your profile....is that a point of view? get a life!

Yep, I understand. I guess what I'm saying is "Do you regret that George Bush was elected?" is a better question than "Isn't Bush an idiot?"

The discussion would likely focus around Bush for either question, but the first one a) gives pro-Bush people something fair to click on and b) doesn't start things off with a negative tone.

Thank you very much, Aaron. Let the bashers stay in the back alleys where they belong.

Do you serve in the US military in Germany?

It doesn't really tick me off, because your agenda is to transparent. You're just looking to stir the pot a bit, and drum up some comments. While I would say that a well stated question would probably accomplish the same thing but in a much more positive way, you are free to bash away. President Bush and the U.S. are certainly strong enough to withstand your best shot, so bash away.

Your right about the question. This one has comments as long as the history of man. Bush ain't too important any more; or ever? Many would argue he was never that important. The political forces behind him were more worth discussion

Bashing in general is annoying, in the sense that a fly that won't stop flying around my head is annoying. It's completely meaningless, but I'm not going to get angry over it.

what does ''bash'' means?
