I think what he is done is criminal, including but not limited to stealing two elections. However, I think his performance, when rated by how much of his stated goals he has accomplished, is breath-taking. He really has done just about everything he said he wanted to do.
As apposed to an arrogant absolutist republican, who sank every business he ever ran into the ground, cut funding for education and replaced it with an ineffective ruse called "No Child Left Behind" and handed over our government to corporate interests who cannot be held culpable for their actions?)
Yes, he accomplished many of his goals... and we're feeling the effects of his first year in office right now.

Excellent. In this dangerous world we haven't had another 9/11 and that is because the terrorists are on the run! Keep at it George!
Unfortunately that's due more to good luck than good management. Terrorists are not "on the run," they are biding their time.
