2 teams of 11 and 1 referee = 23
what is a pitch??
Two teams of 11 plus the referee plus the 2 linesman if you consider that the linesman to be on the pitch. Even then you have to consider the 3rd linesman.
The question is not well defined. It could have many answers 23,24,26
The linesmen and the 3rd ref are not on the pitch. The question is crystal clear.
But I've ought to have said: without any sending offs.
