It really depends on the day. There was about a month where I couldn't physically manage to sleep more than 4 hours. I just woke up and wasn't tired anymore, and that was without naps.
Now, I sleep about 9 or 10 hours because if I wasn't sleeping I wouldn't have anything else to do.
If I had stuff to do, I'd probably sleep about 7 or 8 hours.
I try and get 6 for school, i feel tired when i get up but that goes away ones i get up and get in the shower.
Quite a few 6 hours or less people, how do you do it?? I need 8 but can easily sleep 10 for the first couple nights.
It's all about average for me. I hardly get 6h/night weekdays, but on Saturday I almost always sleep 12+.
