I am currently running my computer on Windows 7. I have had NO PROBLEMS with security, and compatibility is amazing - all those components that Vista did not allow are now working like it was 1999 again... (that means: good)
Those are two quite different questions. I suspect most Windows users are likely (at some point) to upgrade, but I doubt if many Mac users are likely to switch.

When I get a new computer, it will likely have it.
But I'm not going to get a new computer just to have it.
Wash your mouth with soap, no way will I downgrade to windows. :P

Considering that I beta tested it and have a free copy... VERY LIKELY. :)
I love my MACs.
