Since I started meditation about 10 years ago, I can't remember the last time I had a head ache. WHOOPS!! I lied! I had a headache about 3 weeks ago the day after I got bombed on Jägermeister and beer.

Rest and water

Migraine: heavy meds plus caffeine, hide until it goes away (usually same day now, the blood pressure meds I'm on help suppress them). Tension headache from the CMP (chronic myofascial pain); 1/2 a Vicodin tab. Low test, not the strong ones.
