It's getting to the point that they can't do much of anything.
I'm not in school now. When I was they used spanking, hitting, etc. It really kept us in line!
It's been a while since I was in school. :-)
Any teacher that would resort to spanking or hitting would be in BIG trouble him/herself. And rightly so in my opinion.
