Well - I've never owned a Honda, but I do love my Toyota.
One REALLY fun thing I've found is whenever I cross paths with another Camry owner within speaking distance and we notice our cars are close to the same year - looks are exchanged and one will ask "How many miles you got?" Whoever has the highest mileage "wins." (lol)
It happened to me 3 or 4 times before I figured out it's a common practice by anyone who has a Camry 10+ years old. I used to lose "the game" a lot 5 years ago but I usually win now. (lol) Last time I lost it was to a guy with an '87 - 420k. (lol)
I have never owned a Honda but I have owned a Toyota 4X4. The truck was indestructible. It spent half the year in the mud and the other half the year in the dust. I pulled everything in the world (practically) behind it and I only had to replace the clutch 1 time in 250k miles. I was very very happy with it.
I drive a Chevy 4x4 now, mechanically its not quite as good, but the comfort level is much better, its bigger, quieter, and you sit more upright....I really cant complain about either one. I think overall the quality of foreign and domestic cars has gotten closer than it was in the late 70's the 80's and early 90's.
My gas pedals don't stick!! =D
Neither do mine. (lol)
